Five Free Sales & Marketing Tools
|
No time for long introductions today. Here are a few FREE marketing tools you can use for your business:
1. Free CRM. CRM (customer relationship management) is of course, very important to every business, and if you can’t afford mega tools (like SalesForce.com), then FreeCRM is great. You can manage leads, keep a calendar, write cases, set up scripts, and much more.
2. Free Conference Calls. Want to look like the big guys and have conference calls but not pay a dime for them? Now you can have 150 people on a 3 hour call at no cost. I’ve used it thrice and it’s worked like a charm every time.
3. Free Web Tracking. Everyone needs to have some basic tracking for their website, such as visitors and referring domains, but CrazyEgg is a slick tool that will show you where people are clicking, how long people are on a page before clicking, what browsers people are using and if they’re on a Mac or PC.
4. Free Bookkeeping. Quickbooks has a fully functioning, free version of it’s fantastic Quickbooks software. Do all your bookkeeping and financial stuff (it’s great for sole proprietors) for free.
5. Online coupons. If you’ve never come across RetailMeNot, then I probably just made your day. This is a cool site that compiles online coupons and allows buyers to give feedback on what coupons work and what ones don’t. Before every online purchase, check it out for discounts.
